Gear
Over the past six years we have assembled a collection of tools that we have used to build our digital darkroom. We work in raw - the digital equivalent of a negative - and that is the cornerstone for all that we do.
Not all raw converters - the software that converts raw images into TIF or JPG images that can be edited with Photoshop - are created the same. We use DxO Lab’s Optics Pro Elite. Engineered to produce the best images we have ever produced, DxO stands apart from all other raw converters. To DxO we have added tools from OnOne Software and from NIK we have added Silver Efex Pro and Color Efex Pro.
Coming soon we hope to begin publishing articles on this blog about using these tools.
Our other sponsors include Hoodman USA (compact flash), ThinkTank Photo (camera bags), Wacom (digital tablets), Museo (our fine art paper for prints).
